Patek Philippe Complications 5396G-011, introduced in 2006, showcases an annual calendar variation of the elegant reference 5296. Drawing inspiration from Patek Philippe‘s rich heritage, the case design of this reference pays homage to the graceful and unadorned lines of the midcentury Calatrava models. The dial, on the other hand, takes cues from another vintage model, reference 3448. It faithfully replicates the arrangement of windows and moon phase display, albeit with a slight modification in the subsidiary dial. While the reference 3448 employed this dial for the date indication, in the case of reference 5396, it serves as a 24-hour display, while the date finds its dedicated window at 6 o’clock.

This timepiece has undergone a thorough inspection of water resistance, accuracy, functionality and condition to determine the level of reconditioning required to meet our strict standards.
