Welcome to TopWatch.com! We provide a platform for users to buy and sell watches through online auctions. By participating in our auctions, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

Eligibility

To participate in our auctions, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Listing Watches

• Sellers must provide accurate and detailed descriptions of the watches, including brand, model, condition, and any defects to info@topwatch.co.za
• High-quality images must be uploaded to accompany the listing.
• TopWatch reserves the right to reject or remove listings that do not comply with our guidelines.

Bidding Process

• Auctions will have a specified start and end time. Bids can be placed during this period.
• Bidding increments will be outlined in each auction listing.
• Users can set a maximum bid amount, and the system will automatically bid on their behalf until their maximum is reached.

Winning Bids

• The highest bid at the end of the auction wins the item.
• Winning bidders will receive an email notification confirming their win.
• Payment must be completed within 48 hours of the auction’s conclusion.

Payment

• Payments can be made via all our standard payment methods.
• Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.

Shipping and Handling

• Sellers are responsible for shipping the item within 3 business days of receiving payment.
• Tracking information must be provided to the buyer.
• TopWatch recommends using a reputable shipping service and insuring valuable items.

Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final. However, if an item is not as described, buyers may request a return within3 days of receiving the item.
• In the case of an approved return, the buyer must ship the item back in its original condition. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute, both parties are encouraged to communicate directly to resolve the issue.
• If a resolution cannot be reached, TopWatch may intervene and will make a final decision.

Policy Changes

TopWatch reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
