The IWC Portugieser Annual Calendar IW503502 (introduced 2015) is the original and most iconic version of IWC’s groundbreaking triple-window annual calendar — now universally regarded as one of the cleanest, most elegant high complications in modern horology. Housed in a perfectly proportioned 44.2 mm stainless steel case (14.9 mm thick), it features the legendary midnight-blue sunburst dial that shifts from near-black to electric sapphire depending on the light.

The symmetrical layout is pure genius: large date at 12 o’clock, day at 9, month at 3, week-number indicator between 8 and 9, and small seconds at 6 — all powered by the in-house Calibre 52850 automatic movement with twin barrels, Pellaton ceramic winding, and a massive 7-day (168-hour) power reserve.
