What a fantastic experience I’ve just had selling my Rolex to TopWatch. I initially contacted Divan who gave me a ball park estimate and waited for me to make up my mind – always replying courteously and promptly to my messages and phone calls. When the time was right I visited TopWatch’s office in Paarl and presented the watch to Reuben who gave me a very nice cappuccino while my watch was inspected. Once that was done Reuben made me an offer which was exactly in the range quoted by Divan – we did the deal and the money was transferred to my account [as promised] the very next day. So if you’re ever thinking of selling or buying a watch I wouldn’t even both going anywhere but TopWatch – these are top rate guys full of integrity and a real pleasure to deal with. Delivery Policy

Orders are dispatched from Topwatch during normal South African business hours, which are 08:00 to 17:00.

For our customers, we only accept the lowest cost and safest delivery procedures possible. All packages shipped via Topwatch are fully insured against loss, theft & damage during transit at no extra cost to you.

Due to the valuable nature of Topwatch products, we require a signature from an authorised person for your delivery at your nominated delivery address. Products will be deemed received by you, if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address.

Insurance applies until the order is delivered to your nominated address. Delivery details must include a daytime contact telephone number. *Post Office boxes cannot be used for deliveries by our Couriers.
