Bought a new watch through Alec. The price was exceptionally good, I enquired about a particular model of that watch, Alec obtained it, I purchase it, it was shipped immediately. Very happy with the purchase and service. Two months or so later there was a minor issue with the watch in terms of setting the time and date, the stem wasn’t engaging properly. I emailed Alec, he responded 5 minutes later and said the courier would collect the watch that day, which he did. Three days later the watch was couriered back to me repaired, working perfectly, the warranty honoured without question. I think this level of service speaks for itself.
