Heuer introduced the Monaco in 1969 alongside a trio of watches that housed one of the world”s first automatic chronograph movements. Measuring 40 mm this is a cool sized watch in a square stainles steel case with pushers on the right side and a winding crown on the left. This watch certainly have presence, he sits high on the wrist due to his movement. The beautiful blue dial is a great attention to detail with his unusual indices and their red accents, which brings out the sporty nature of the Monaco. The Monaco is a great choice for someone who wants to go against the grain and wear something bold and interesting while maintaining collectability.
