The Captain collection expresses Zenith”s purest watchmaking heritage. Like the art of navigating the seas, the watchmaking skills exhibited through the Captain collection have been passed down through Zenith”s craftsmen for generations. The name captain evokes ideas of untamed oceans travel and fortunes made at sea. Long ago, the status of ”captain” was reserved for officers who commanded royal ships. The three watches that launched the series in 1952 contained three notable features: a moonphase, second time zone, and power reserve.

Zenith Elite Calibre 685, beats at 28,800 vph, 38 Jewels, 179 components & has an approximate power reserve of 50 hours.

Delivery Policy
  • Orders are dispatched from Topwatch during normal South African business hours, which are 08:00 to 17:00.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I spotted the watch I had been searching for at around 9pm, and by the next day I had all the information and detailed insights I needed. The watch was invoiced immediately and delivered by 8am the following morning. The entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly efficient.
