Right out of the box, this Hublot Unico Sang Bleu II Black Magic 418.CX.1107.RX.MXM22 makes an immediate visual statement. The full 45 mm case in satin‑finished and polished black ceramic is bold—large, dark and dramatically textured. The geometric tattoo‑inspired design by artist Maxime Plescia‑Büchi (of the Sang Bleu studio) is everywhere: on the case, bezel, skeleton dial, hands and strap.
