In 1979, one year after the creation of the Compass Watch by Ferdinand Porsche, the Titanograph – also designed by Porsche was launched. Here, for the first time, IWC used titanium for both case and bracelet. The watch is a third generation of the model because the watch is signed "Porsche Design" & IWC on the dial, whereas the first generations were only signed IWC.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I spotted the watch I had been searching for at around 9pm, and by the next day I had all the information and detailed insights I needed. The watch was invoiced immediately and delivered by 8am the following morning. The entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly efficient.
