With a great value offer, supported by excellent design and a new movement offering true GMT functionality, the Black Bay GMT has the making of a classic sports watch. With the Black Bay GMT, Tudor opted with the making of their own MT5652 in-house movement. Making it a travel watch with functionality similar to that of GMT-MASTER II. COSC certified and offering a power reserve of 70 hours, the MT5652 ticks at 4 hours and offers a silicon balance spring along with bi-directional winding. With 27 jewels and the width of 31,8mm the Mt5652 offers a huge value to the market . The case is made of stainless steel with mixed brushed and polished finishing and measures 41MM. The sizing manages to thread the needle between big and small. The combination of a large screw down crown and a wide-set bezel edge, makes for great control over the watch. You can set the local time without having to take the watch of your wrist.
This black bay retains his 200 metres water resistance. With ample lume and strong general legibility, the Black Bay GMT dial is handsome, well balanced and, and nicely detailed with white metal surrounds for the hands and markers.
